What is your return policy?
All Homestead Micro orders come with a 2-Weeks Happiness Guarantee. Simply request a return merchandise authorization ("RMA"), and we'll issue a full refund or exchange on your undamaged item once your item is received.

Please be aware that this is an Internacional purchase invoiced in dollars. Local currencies values are only for customer's reference and are subject to the fluctuations and exchange rates applied by the bank. 

For returns, the refund will be made for the amount paid in dollars, as expressed in the original invoice. Customer will receive the transfer in the course of 5 business days, or the time established by the client's payment method, if longer. 

The value of the refund in local currency might be higher or lower than the one reflected at the time of the purchase, due to fluctuations and exchange rates changes in the meantime. 

Homesteadmicro is not responsible for such difference.

What is your warranty policy?
All sales include our 2-Weeks Happiness Guarantee. After that we offer a 90-Day Limited Warranty where we will repair an item if it is defective. This warranty does not apply for accidental damages or abuse, in other words if you brake it is out of warranty. Some Items may have additional warranty coverage through the manufacturer. To determine if your purchase is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly, be sure to have the item’s serial number available.

Please keep in mind once you have received a return label you have 14 days to return an item for a credit back to your card, after the 14 day period we can not longer accept the return, but we will provide you with 90 days limited warranty and technical support.
